Question 1: Which transitions during the day are most challenging and why?
Question 2: Count your transitions! Please look at your daily schedule to see how many transitions happen each day. (How many times do children need to wash their hands?) Each time counts as a transition. Share how many transitions you counted. Is this number surprising to you?
Question 3:What strategies do you use, or plan to use, to prepare children for transitions, including children who need extra support?
Question 4: Share one or two of your favorite fun activities to use for transitions.
Question 5: Consider the challenging transition you shared at the start of this training. What strategy might you try to make this a smoother transition?
