A business plan is important because it gives me a clear direction for how to run, grow, and stay organized in my child care program while meeting licensing and quality standards. One of my goals is to build a stable, high-quality family child care program where children are safe, supported, and learning, while also strengthening my curriculum, building strong relationships with families, and maintaining steady enrollment.
