This training series is specifically designed to train and coach future Family Child Care educators through the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care’s licensing process. We will support potential educators through the licensing process to open a Family Childcare Business within 6 months of starting the program. .

Applicants are expected to attend and participate in all meetings (a minimum of 10 formal workshop sessions), complete all assignments, and join in Community of Practice/coaching sessions.

Classes will run December 2023-May 2024.
